TEAM CHEMISTRY
Working with the VP of Finance and VP of Marketing and Development, I provided UI and brand consistency, linking assets across product, web, marketing, and sales, and helped earn consensus among board stakeholders.
A trusted banking stalwart entering the digital world, BBVA needed a confident, modern design that would correct luddite and off-brand errors, assure stakeholders, and earn continued financial support. My job was to manage and align the visual brand with the UI and lead design of an initial strategic innovation package showcasing BBVA's premiere technology product, Denizen. In this role I was directly responsible for expanding Denizen's branding and providing visual information design, graphics, and copywriting.
Working directly with the VP of Finance and VP of Marketing and Development, we corrected visualizations and collections of data and financial content, assuring brand-consistency and technological capability were forward-facing. We designed visual cues that integrated brand image across product, web, marketing, and sales, and helped win consensus among board stakeholders.
Our completed visual design successfully achieved its key performance goal, winning an 18 month, $44M commitment to the new app-based financial service.
