Consulting for Thanx, we improved customer experience and curbed user confusion and bounce with a “one concept at a time” approach. We enhanced overall visual and written branded communications and designed website and product improvements that helped users successfully navigate the Thanx product suite.
Working with marketing, we propelled a strategic website audit and homepage redesign and led asset production and animation. We supercharged sales opportunities with fully customizable sales decks for AEs, SDRs, and Directors. I added new ideas via consulting, strategy, and ABM landing page designs. I provided design and marketing support for seasonal tradeshows, and created product infographics and gated marketing content.
Helping our product and engineering teams, we created finished product pages, wires, UIs, data visualizations, icons, illustrations, animations, and consistent and compelling user experiences across native mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web apps (dashboards, signup flows).

Customer Experience Design
After analyzing customer behavior with the team and pinpointing sources of customer frustration, we designed a series of automated educational walkthroughs. These interactive graphic solutions educate customers about product functionality and benefits at the point of friction. This lowered bounce rates while meaningfully improving usage outcomes, MPS ratings, and customer satisfaction.
